Terms of Service
These terms describe the use of creativedesigns.dev and the service principles of Creative Web Design. Contact: info@creativedesigns.dev, (424) 380-7274, 35 N Lake Ave #450, Pasadena, CA 91101, United States.
1. Website and project services
This website introduces our services and provides contact information. Project scope, deliverables, pricing, schedules, support, ownership, and cancellation provisions will be set out in a separate agreement before paid work begins. Visiting the site or sending an inquiry does not purchase a service or authorize a charge.
Design studies shown here are illustrative concepts, not representations of completed client work, endorsements, or client relationships.
2. Planned Business Profile integration
The Google Business Profile integration described on our service overview is planned and is not currently available through this website. We do not offer Google sign-in or automated profile management here or claim that Google has approved an application or API access.
3. Authorization and client control
Profile management must concern a business we own or whose owner has explicitly authorized us to act. Clients retain ownership and control of their profiles. Permission to view information does not itself authorize every edit, post, reply, deletion, or account-level change. Actions require prior, specific, express consent.
We do not ask for Google account passwords through this website. Any future API-enabled connection must use Google’s authorization process and request only permissions needed for implemented features. Service scope and material account changes must be transparent to the owner.
4. Ending management
You can request that we stop managing a profile at info@creativedesigns.dev. For an established Business Profile management relationship, we will provide disassociation from our service and developer project within seven business days of notice and remove our management permissions where applicable, preserving the owner’s control, as required by Google’s Business Profile API policies.
Disconnection does not delete a public Google Business Profile or reviews. Deletion of information held by us is a separate request covered by our data deletion instructions and Privacy Policy.
5. Appropriate use
Use the website and agreed services lawfully and with the necessary authority. Do not impersonate an owner, submit misleading business information, misuse credentials, interfere with the site, or use a service to violate Google’s policies. We may decline or suspend work that lacks authorization or conflicts with applicable requirements.
6. Independent service
Creative Web Design is independent from Google. We do not claim Google endorsement, partnership, certification, or approved API status. Google controls ranking, eligibility, verification, and API access decisions. We do not guarantee rankings, verification, reinstatement, or API approval.
Google services remain subject to Google’s applicable terms and Business Profile API policies.
7. Availability, privacy, and updates
We aim to maintain accurate information and an available website, but errors, interruptions, and changes may occur. Contact us about inaccuracies or accessibility issues. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains current information handling.
Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material service changes will be communicated as appropriate; website updates do not replace separately agreed project terms.
