Data deletion
& disconnection
1. Send a request
Email info@creativedesigns.dev with the subject “Data deletion request” or “Stop Business Profile management.” Say whether you want deletion, disconnection, or both.
Include the email address you used to contact us and, if relevant, your business name and public Business Profile link. Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information.

2. Confirm your authority
We may confirm a request through an existing contact method or the owner’s authorization so another person cannot delete information or alter a service relationship without permission.
3. Stop Google access or management
If you authorize a Google application, you can review or revoke it in Google Account connections. Revoking an OAuth application does not necessarily remove a manager separately assigned to your Business Profile. Review managers through Business Profile settings or ask us to remove our access.
For our Business Profile management relationships, we will provide disassociation from our service and developer project within seven business days of notice and remove our management permissions where applicable. The business owner retains control.
4. Delete information held by us
After verifying the request, we will review and delete information within our control that is no longer needed, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs, such as service, billing, security, or dispute records. We will explain limitations and next steps. We do not claim that an automated deletion tool or fixed backup-deletion schedule is implemented on this website.
Deleting our records does not remove your public listing, reviews, or information held independently by Google. Requests concerning Google’s own records must be directed to Google.
